Caroline currently serves as Managing Director for Monica Motivates, LLC. She is a veteran in the Marketing Industry and a published author. Her latest book, Advertising, the Art and Science of Executing Creative Film Content, is a comprehensive guide for aspiring marketers who want to hone their skills. She spent 25+ years leading award-winning creative executions and has worked with world-renowned creative teams across all brands for The Coca-Cola Company.
Caroline also led marketing productivity initiatives and is an operational effectiveness and change management expert, bringing teams together toward common goals. She has a passion for mentoring and inspiring others.
She has consulted for some of the world’s top brands, including Samsung Electronics, Orange Theory, Activision, Dunkin’, and California Pizza Kitchen.
At Monica Motivates, Caroline oversees operations and logistics across new business development, marketing communications, and technology.
Caroline holds a B.A. in Psychology from Georgia State University and an M.A. in Broadcast Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
