Jennell K. Taylor is an Economic Development Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration in the Georgia District Office. Mr. Taylor is also the Program Manager for the SBA’s THRIVE: Emerging Leaders Reimagined program and Community Navigator Pilot Program initiative. Mr. Taylor is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a certified Economic Developer with a specialty certification in Development Finance from the National Development Council in New York, New York.

Prior to moving to Georgia, Mr. Taylor has worked as a Development Finance Manager for the Michigan Economic Development, as well as the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce in Flint, Michigan where he got his start in economic development in 2001. With additional certifications and experience in exporting and small business development, Mr. Taylor brings an open and innovative view of business development and growth.
